Hello! I am sure my story is like yours in one or many ways.

I was fed up, disappointed, embarrassed, lost, and defeated. I didn’t know where to start or what to do. I just knew something had to change.

I was never a lazy person who didn’t eat well. I did just enough, but I slowly started to lose control of my health. In late January or 2017, after gaining over 30 pounds after my wedding, I decided to take control of my health and future.

I am a teacher, so I have to juggle early mornings, sometimes late nights, and crazy schedules. But I get it done!

I started with Beachbody February 1, 2017. Since then I have lost 30 pounds, 20 inches over all, and gained confidence, happiness, motivation, focus, and energy. I loved my journey so much I decided to become a Beachbody coach because I wanted to help people feel as amazing as I do. I want to help people get their life on the path they want.
